SPARK^PLUS Workshops

Workshops held at UTS cost $300 per participant.
Workshops held at the institution cost $1750 for up to 10 staff plus travel and accommodation expenses for the workshop convener.

Note: The software SPARK^PLUS referred to in this document relates to the version of SPARK and/or SPARK^PLUS software code existing as at the 30th June 2009 and any updates made to this code.  For the avoidance of all doubt it does not apply to any future redevelopment of SPARK or SPARK^PLUS, including new software code, that may or may not carry the same name.

Limited Liability

UTS liability is limited to the pro-rata refund of any non-provided services.  UTS reserves all rights to SPARK^PLUS and improvements at all times.  Recipients must adhere to the terms of the licence and may not reproduce, copy, sub-license or sell SPARK^PLUS without express permission from UTS.
